Infinity Nikki Announces Expansion of Outfit Storage System
Popular dress-up game addresses storage limitations following sustained player feedback.
Developer Infold has confirmed plans to increase the number of outfit slots available in Infinity Nikki, addressing one of the most persistent player requests since the game’s launch. The announcement, made through the official Weibo account, signals a significant quality-of-life improvement for the dress-up-focused title.
The current system restricts players to just four outfit slots, a limitation that has drawn consistent feedback from the global player base. This constraint has been particularly notable given the game’s emphasis on costume variety and extensive wardrobe customization options, including numerous free outfits obtainable through regular gameplay.
While the development team has confirmed the upcoming expansion, specific details regarding implementation remain undisclosed. Players speculate about potential costs associated with additional slots, possibly involving the game’s premium currencies, Diamonds or Blings. However, given Infold’s track record of implementing quality-of-life features, the expansion might be integrated directly into the game’s interface at no additional cost.
The outfit slot enhancement joins several other developments in Infinity Nikki’s pipeline. The game recently launched Update 1.2, introducing the Firework Isles area and new combat mechanics. Update 1.3 is scheduled for late February 2025, with a housing feature currently in development. The development roadmap extends through Summer 2025, when players can expect access to an entirely new region.
