PS Plus Expands Library with God of War Ragnarok and Major Game Additions
Sony’s subscription service welcomes acclaimed titles and exclusive content for Extra and Premium members.
Sony has rolled out its latest batch of games for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers, headlined by the critically acclaimed God of War Ragnarok. The January update brings eleven diverse titles to the service, with nine games available across both tiers and two exclusive offerings for Premium members.
God of War Ragnarok leads the lineup as one of the service’s most significant additions. The latest chapter in Sony’s acclaimed franchise continues Kratos and Atreus’s Norse saga, building upon the foundation laid by the 2018 release. Alongside it, Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name joins the roster, serving as a crucial narrative bridge between Yakuza: Like a Dragon and Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.
The standard lineup for both Extra and Premium subscribers includes ANNO: Mutationem, Atlas Fallen: Reign of Sand, Citizen Sleeper, Orcs Must Die 3, Poker Club, Sayonara Wild Hearts, and SD Gundam Battle Alliance. Premium subscribers gain exclusive access to two additional titles: Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings and an enhanced version of Medievil 2, which now features trophy support.
Citizen Sleeper stands out as a particularly timely addition to the service. This well-received sci-fi RPG arrives just weeks before its sequel, Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector, launches on January 31, giving players an opportunity to experience the original before the new installment.
