Xbox Game Pass Unleashes Fresh Wave of Gaming Adventures for Late January

Microsoft‘s gaming subscription service is expanding its library with an impressive lineup for late January 2025. The announcement brings eight fresh titles to Xbox Game Pass, alongside five games being added to the Standard-tier collection.

The latest wave kicks off with Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders, which landed on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on January 21. Following this release, subscribers can look forward to diving into Gigantic: Rampage Edition, Starbound, Eternal Strands, Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap, Shady Part of Me, Sniper Elite: Resistance, and Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector.

Standard-tier subscribers aren’t left out of the excitement, as five previously Ultimate-exclusive titles are making their way to the basic subscription level. Starting January 22, players can access Flock, Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, Magical Delicacy, Tchia, and The Case of the Golden Idol.

Looking ahead, Far Cry New Dawn is scheduled to join the service on February 4, marking the third entry from Ubisoft‘s renowned series to appear on the platform. It follows in the footsteps of Far Cry 5 and Far Cry 6, which have maintained their presence in the service since their respective additions in July 2022 and December 2023.

As the service welcomes new titles, six games will be departing on January 31: Anuchard, Broforce, Darkest Dungeon, Death’s Door, Maquette, and Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem. The gaming community can anticipate more Xbox Game Pass news during the upcoming Xbox Developer Direct on January 23.
